Invoices created from completed work
When a job is marked done, the invoice is created from the job’s own details and sent to the customer. Nobody retypes line items.
Stripe payment links
Each invoice carries a Stripe payment link so the customer can pay by card from their phone. Other options, like bank transfer, can be shown alongside it.
Payment status read back automatically
When a payment comes through, the status is read from Stripe and the job or invoice is marked paid. Your team stops checking by hand.
Friendly and overdue reminders
A polite reminder before the due date and a firmer one after it, on a schedule you choose. Once the invoice is paid, the reminders stop and a thank-you goes out.
