San Francisco Bay Area

CRM, Make.com and Zapier consultant for Bay Area teams

VertiQ builds business automation for teams in San Francisco and the Bay Area: agencies juggling many clients, operations teams holding a startup’s tools together, and field service companies running jobs across the region. We connect your CRM, Make or Zapier, Slack, Google Workspace and AI tools like Claude so work moves without someone copying it from one place to another. We’re based in Quito, Ecuador, and work fully remote, with no Bay Area office and no on-site visits.

Who we work with in San Francisco Bay Area

Marketing and email agencies

For an email marketing agency with 30 client brands, we built a flow where ticking a box on a Trello card has Claude write on-brand copy into a Google Doc, with review in Slack. The same agency gets a monthly campaign plan per client built from 90 days of Klaviyo results, which replaced more than 10 hours of manual work a month.

Startup operations teams

Ops teams often have good tools that don’t talk to each other. We map which system owns each record, then connect them with Make or Zapier, Slack and Google Workspace, or with Supabase when the data needs a proper home.

Freelancers and small agencies on Upwork

We built an AI proposal tool that scans Upwork every 5–10 minutes, has Claude score each job from 0 to 100 against the profile and writes a tailored proposal. It starts in review mode, moves to auto mode with daily caps, and costs about $25–40 a month to run.

Field service companies

For one field service operation we connected seven tools, including Podium, Quo, Google Ads, Google reviews and a partner’s Google Sheets tracker, around a single job record. Bay Area service companies with the same tool sprawl get the same approach.

How working together works

Working hours that overlap

Ecuador is on UTC−5 all year. San Francisco is two hours behind us in summer and three in winter, so your morning and early afternoon fall inside our working day.

Calls, video and the channels you already use

Reach us at +1 (620) 542-8686 for calls and texts, or at [email protected]. Design reviews and walkthroughs happen over video with screen sharing.

Documented handoff

You get written SOPs for every automation, walkthrough videos and a live training session, so your team can run and adjust the system without us.

Your accounts, your scenarios

Every Make scenario, Zap, workspace and API key lives in your accounts. You own the system from day one.

Systems we’ve built

San Francisco: questions, answered

No. We work remotely from Quito, Ecuador, and we don’t have a Bay Area office. Discovery, reviews and training all happen over video calls, and you can reach us on a US number for calls and texts.
No. We use Make and Zapier every day to build client systems, but we don’t hold partner status with either. We pick the tool that fits your case, not one we’re tied to.
It depends on what you already run, how complex the logic is and how much volume goes through it. We start with what you have and recommend a switch only when it solves a real problem, with the trade-offs explained first.
Running costs are usually small. The email copy automation costs about 3 cents of AI per campaign, around $13 a month for a 30-brand agency, and the Upwork proposal tool about $25–40 a month. Build cost depends on scope, and you get a defined estimate first.
You do. Everything runs in your own accounts, and the handoff includes SOPs, walkthrough videos and live training.
