For field service companies

Field service automation for auto glass, gutter and home service companies

If your business sends a technician to a customer, every job passes through the same steps: the call, the booking, the visit, the invoice and the follow-up. We connect those steps around one job record, so the office stops retyping addresses, technicians get what they need on their phone and customers hear from you at every stage. Our systems already run at two auto glass companies and a gutter company.

What usually goes wrong

The job lives in five places

The office books in one tool, the technician gets details by text, the invoice is made somewhere else and the review request depends on memory. Every handoff is another chance to retype an address or lose a note.

Dispatch runs on one person’s memory

Tomorrow’s schedule lives in a spreadsheet, a whiteboard or the dispatcher’s head. When that person is out, someone rebuilds the day from old texts.

Customers call to ask where the tech is

Without reminders and status updates, the phone rings with “are you still coming?” calls, and some customers aren’t home when the technician arrives.

Getting paid takes a second round

Invoices go out days after the work, payment links get buried, and someone spends Friday afternoon chasing balances.

Good work doesn’t turn into reviews

Happy customers drive off without being asked, so your Google reviews don’t reflect the jobs your team does every week.

What we build

Dispatch board

Every job on one board by day and technician, with a status that changes as the job moves. Technicians open a job link on their phone with the address, notes and parts.

Call queue and lead routing

Calls and web leads reach the right rep with an internal alert and get booked into an open slot. For auto glass, the rep can look up the VIN while the customer is still on the phone.

Customer messages at every stage

Booking confirmation, a reminder the customer confirms by text, an on-the-way alert and a live status link, sent from your business number through tools like Quo or Podium.

Invoicing and payment inside the job

The invoice is created from the job and sent with a Stripe payment link. When the money comes in, the job shows as paid without anyone updating it by hand.

Review requests after the job

Once the job is done, the customer gets a review request for your Google profile, with a follow-up if they don’t respond.

Reports the owner actually reads

Jobs, revenue, ROAS by ad channel and performance per rep, pulled from the tools you already run instead of a spreadsheet someone fills in on Monday.

How a job moves through the system

  1. 1

A customer calls about a cracked windshield. The rep sees the call in the queue, looks up the VIN while they talk and books an open slot.

  2. 2

The job lands on the dispatch board under the right technician, with the address, vehicle and parts entered once.

  3. 3

The customer gets a confirmation and, the day before, a reminder they confirm by replying to the text.

  4. 4

On the day, the technician opens the job link and marks “on the way”. The customer gets an alert with a live status link.

  5. 5

When the work is done, the invoice is created from the job and sent with a payment link. The payment marks the job as paid.

  6. 6

A review request goes out after the job, and the numbers show up in the owner’s report.

Field service: questions, answered

No. We start with what you already have, whether that’s Google Sheets, Podium, Quo or a CRM you’ve used for years. We suggest replacing a tool only when it’s a real bottleneck, and we explain the trade-offs first. One of the operations platforms we built started from Google Sheets.
The work is phased. Many teams start with one piece, such as reminders and review requests or a dispatch board, and add the rest once it’s running. You get a defined estimate before anything is built.
Any business that sends a technician to a customer follows the same path: intake, scheduling, the visit, the invoice and the follow-up. Our live builds are at auto glass and gutter companies, and we adapt the job fields, stages and messages to your trade.
After we set up text confirmations, on-the-way alerts and review requests, one field service client reported review collection going from 12% to 35%, 20% fewer cancellations and a 40% gain in operational efficiency. Those figures are reported by the client and not independently audited.
You do. It runs in your own accounts, and your team gets written SOPs, walkthrough videos and a live training session.
