VertiQ is an automation and CRM consultant for service companies in Los Angeles and across Southern California: contractors, home services, auto glass shops and the trades. We connect booking, dispatch, customer texts, invoicing and reviews around one job record, using the tools you already run. We’re based in Quito, Ecuador, and we work with you remotely. There’s no LA office and no on-site visits, but there is a US number for calls and texts and a working day that overlaps most of yours.

Contractors and home services
In a region this spread out, technicians spend a lot of the day driving between stops. A dispatch board that shows every job by technician, plus on-the-way alerts and a live status link for the customer, cuts the “where’s my tech?” calls and the visits where nobody is home.
Auto glass shops
We’ve built operations and sales systems for auto glass companies: a call queue, lead routing with internal alerts, VIN lookup while the customer is on the phone, booking, and reports with ROAS by ad channel and performance per rep. If you run Google Ads across Southern California, you see which channel actually books jobs.
Gutter, HVAC and seasonal trades
When work comes in waves, such as gutter cleaning before the rains or HVAC calls during a heat wave, the office can’t keep up by hand. Automatic confirmations, reminders customers confirm by text and review requests after each job keep the schedule full without adding staff to the phones.
Bilingual teams and customers
Many Southern California crews and customers speak Spanish. We work in English and Spanish, so we can write SOPs and train your team in either language and set up customer messages in both.

Quito is on UTC−5 all year, with no daylight saving. Los Angeles is two hours behind us in summer and three in winter. Our mornings are your early mornings, and your morning and early afternoon fall inside our working day, so calls are easy to schedule.

No. We work remotely from Quito, Ecuador, and we don’t have an office in Los Angeles. Everything we build runs in cloud tools, so it can be designed, tested and handed over over video calls, with a US number for calls and texts.
Ecuador is on UTC−5 year round, two or three hours ahead of LA depending on the season. Your morning and early afternoon overlap with our working day, and we schedule calls in that window.
