For architecture and design studios

A portfolio website for architects that stays as current as your work

Your best projects are usually missing from your website because updating it is a chore. We build architecture firm websites with a private upload dashboard: you add blueprints, construction photos and final shots from your phone or desktop, and the site places each image in the right project and section on its own. No developer, no page builder, no waiting.

What usually goes wrong

The website is years behind the studio

Recent projects aren’t online, so a prospective client sees the work you did a few years ago instead of what you’re doing now.

Updating the portfolio needs a developer

Every new project means sending files to someone, waiting for a quote and checking the result. So it doesn’t happen.

Photos are scattered everywhere

Site photos sit on three phones, renders in a shared drive and final shots in a WhatsApp chat with the photographer. Nobody knows which is the latest.

Each new hire learns the studio by asking around

How files are named, how projects are handed over, who approves what. It lives in people’s heads, and onboarding takes the senior team’s time.

What we build

Private upload dashboard

A simple dashboard only your team can open. Upload blueprints, construction photos and final-project photos from your phone on site or from your desk.

Filing by project and stage

Every file is stored under its project and its stage, so the studio has one organised archive instead of photos spread across devices.

A website that places each photo itself

The portfolio reads from that archive and shows each image in the right project and section automatically. Upload once and the site is updated.

Project pages that tell the full story

From blueprint to construction to the finished building, each project page shows the process, which is what clients want to see from an architect.

Enquiry form that reaches the right inbox

A contact form that sends each enquiry to your email or CRM with the project details, so leads from the portfolio don’t get lost.

Studio playbook and onboarding

Every SOP organised by area, an onboarding assessment that opens each section as new hires progress, and a view for the partners of how each person is doing.

How a job moves through the system

  1. 1

During a site visit, the project architect takes progress photos on their phone.

  2. 2

They open the private dashboard, pick the project and the “construction” stage, and upload the photos.

  3. 3

The files are stored under that project and stage in the studio’s archive.

  4. 4

The website shows the new photos in the construction section of that project page, with no one editing the site.

  5. 5

At handover, the final photos go up under “final project”, and the page now runs from blueprint to finished building.

  6. 6

A prospective client browses the project and sends an enquiry through the form, which lands in the studio’s inbox.

Architecture studios: questions, answered

No. Your team only uses the upload dashboard: choose the project, choose the stage, add the files. The website takes care of where each image goes.
We look at it first. Sometimes the upload flow can connect to what you have; sometimes a rebuild is simpler. We explain the trade-offs before you decide.
You do. The site and the archive run in your own accounts, and your team gets written instructions, walkthrough videos and a live training session.
Yes. We build operations hubs with every SOP organised by area and an onboarding assessment for new hires, so the way your studio works is written down instead of explained again for each person.
Yes. We’re based in Quito and work remotely with clients in the United States, Spain and Latin America. Studios in Quito can also meet with us in person.
