The challenge
Billing partners every month meant building each invoice by hand, sending it, then checking who had paid.
What we built
- Each partner’s invoice created and sent automatically every month.
- A Stripe payment link in every invoice.
- Payment status read back from Stripe, so every invoice updates itself from sent to received.
- Friendly and overdue reminders go out automatically until the invoice is paid.
- An automatic thank-you as soon as the payment is received.
The result
Partner billing runs on its own each month, and everyone can see at a glance who has paid.
